Contact us
support@ (coming soon)
Our support email is coming soon. Until then, the answers below cover the most common questions.
The easiest way: in the app, tap Settings → Legal & support → Contact support. The email it opens already includes your Support ID.
Find your Support ID
- Open Upa Alarm and go to the Settings tab.
- Under Legal & support, find Support ID.
- Tap to share or copy it. Include it when you contact support.
Delete your data or account
In Upa Alarm, open Settings → Legal & support → Delete my data and confirm with Delete everything. This permanently deletes your anonymous ID and everything our servers hold about it. On your phone, it removes your alarms, history, settings, imported sounds and the app’s copies of mission videos.
Signed in with Apple? The same row reads Delete my account and data (confirm with Delete my account). It also deletes your account, profile, friends, group memberships, the clips you shared, the voice messages you recorded and the alarms friends set for you.
- It does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it with Apple (see the FAQ below).
- Videos you saved to Photos or shared to another app stay there.
- Already deleted the app? If you had an account, sign in with Apple again and delete it there, or email us: we confirm through the email linked to your account and delete it within 30 days.
Report a person or a clip
Report or block someone from their profile, from their friend request in your inbox, or from a group’s member list. Press and hold a clip to report or hide it. Report a group from its settings, and an alarm a friend set for you from the alarm itself. You can always delete a friend’s alarm, or turn off their access in Settings → Account → Wake-up control.
We review every report within 24 hours. If someone is in danger, contact your local emergency services first.

FAQ
How do I cancel my subscription?
In Upa Alarm, tap Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription, or on your iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, or it renews. Deleting the app, your data or your account doesn’t cancel it.
New phone, or reinstalled the app?
Tap Settings → Subscription → Restore purchases (also on the welcome screen), with the Apple Account you subscribed with.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled only by Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can’t issue them.
Will it ring in silent mode or Focus?
Yes. Upa Alarm rings with the ringer off, in Do Not Disturb, and in Sleep and other Focus modes.
My alarm didn’t ring. What should I check?
Don’t hide or lock Upa Alarm with Face ID: iOS can’t ring alarms from apps that are hidden or locked. Keep the app installed: deleting it also deletes its alarms. The same tips are in Settings → Alarms & missions → Alarm troubleshooting.
Should I keep a backup alarm?
For anything important, yes. We can’t guarantee that an alarm rings: a dead battery, your iPhone’s settings or an iOS update can stop it.
How do I stop sending usage counts?
Turn off Share anonymous usage counts in Settings → Legal & support. Nothing gets deleted.
